Coverage requires licensed HVAC/R installation and proper startup documentation. This is an optional protection plan — not a manufacturer warranty or extended warranty.
Coverage does not apply to improper installation, wrong voltage, wrong refrigerant, acid contamination, electrical damage, floodback, refrigerant contamination, shipping damage, or system-related failure.
Final claim eligibility must be reviewed and approved by iComfort AC Supply.
