Compatibility Disclaimer Compatibility and cross-reference information is provided for reference only. Final compatibility must be verified by a licensed HVAC/R technician before purchase and installation. iComfort AC Supply is not responsible for purchases made without proper verification.
Professional Installation Requirement All compressors, refrigeration components, and electrical parts must be installed by a qualified and licensed HVAC/R technician. Improper installation voids warranty coverage and may result in product failure, property damage, or personal injury.
Special Order Terms Availability, pricing, lead time, and freight cost for special-order and custom-order products are subject to supplier confirmation. Special orders may require a deposit and may be non-cancellable and non-returnable after approval.
Limitation of Liability iComfort AC Supply is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, incorrect application, electrical issues, power surges, refrigerant contamination, acid contamination, floodback, system contamination, incorrect voltage, incorrect refrigerant, or unauthorized modifications.
Orders and Availability Orders may be canceled or limited due to inventory availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Freight and Shipping Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments at delivery and reporting damage within 24 hours.
Intellectual Property All website content including text, images, logos, banners, and product information is the property of iComfort AC Supply unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
