Return Policy
At iComfort AC Supply, we stand behind every compressor we sell. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order — we want the process to be straightforward if you ever need it.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The compressor is unused and uninstalled, in its original packaging
- The unit shows no signs of wiring, installation, or operation
- A valid order number is provided at the time of return request
Non-returnable items: Installed, wired, or operated compressors are not eligible for return. Special-order and hard-to-find models may be subject to a restocking fee or may be final sale — this will be noted at the time of purchase.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on the brand and model. This will be communicated before your return is processed.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the compressor back in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned unit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will make it right — fast.
