- 2-Year Protection Plan
- 3-Year Protection Plan
Plans are added at the time of purchase and are tied to the specific unit ordered.
Coverage Requirements
To qualify for coverage, the following conditions must be met:
- Compressor must be installed by a licensed HVAC/R technician
- Proper startup documentation must be completed and retained
- Installation must follow manufacturer specifications for voltage, refrigerant, and system compatibility
What Is Not Covered
The following conditions void coverage and are not eligible for claims:
- Improper or unlicensed installation
- Incorrect voltage application
- Wrong refrigerant type or charge
- Acid contamination
- Electrical damage from external sources
- Floodback or liquid slugging
- Refrigerant contamination
- Shipping damage (report within 24 hours of delivery)
- System-related failures caused by other components
Claim Process
All claims are subject to review and approval by iComfort AC Supply. To initiate a claim, contact us with your order number, installation documentation, and a description of the failure.
Final claim eligibility is determined after review of submitted documentation.
